MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas)

MIG welding uses a motor-fed wire that acts as both the filler and the heat source. The wire melts to join the metals together, while a protective gas shields the weld from air contamination. It’s a fast and efficient method, great for producing strong, clean welds.

TIG Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas)

TIG welding uses a sharp tungsten electrode to create a precise arc that melts and fuses the metals. Unlike MIG, the electrode doesn’t melt and a separate filler rod can be added by hand if needed. An inert gas like argon protects the weld, resulting in a clean and high-quality finish, perfect for detailed or delicate work.

Spot/Projection Welding

Spot welding is a quick and efficient way to join two pieces of metal together by applying pressure and a burst of electrical current to a small area. The heat created fuses the metals at that exact “spot” without the need for filler materials. It’s ideal for creating strong, clean joins in a short amount of time and perfect for everything from automotive work to metal fabrications.

Mesh De-Coiling

Mesh de-coiling is the process of unrolling wire mesh from large coils into flat, manageable lengths. This allows us to cut the mesh to your required size or prepare it for further fabrication. It’s a simple but important step that helps ensure you get exactly what you need, whether it’s for manufacturing, construction, or custom projects.

Cutting

We use precision tools like our industrial guillotine and mesh nibblers to cut wire mesh cleanly and accurately to your required size. The guillotine gives straight, smooth edges, perfect for larger panels, while nibbling tools allow us to shape or trim mesh with more flexibility for detailed or custom cuts. This means you get mesh that’s ready to use, with minimal waste and maximum accuracy.

Folding

Our mesh folding service lets us bend and shape wire mesh to suit your exact needs. Whether you need simple folds for edging or complex shapes for custom projects, we use precision equipment to create flawless and accurate bends. It’s ideal for making baskets, guards, frames and other formed mesh products, saving you time and ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Coating

We provide durable coatings service which adds a protective layer to your wire mesh, helping it resist rust, corrosion and wear. Whether you need powder coating, galvanising or other finishes, we make sure your mesh looks great and lasts longer ideal for outdoor projects, industrial use or anywhere that durability matters.
